We had a great experience with Jen Contracting. They recently finished doing complete renovations of our two bathrooms and also put in a kitchen backsplash and a laundry room faucet. Their pricing was very reasonable and fair, and they did a high quality and professional job. Everything looks beautiful and we are very happy with the work. We definitely recommend Jen Contracting and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This was my first experience in home remodeling (bathroom) and I was anxious. I obtained several estimates from area contractors but did not feel comfortable with the "sales pitch." A friend and neighbor recommended Jen Contracting. I called Alex Aguilar, Business Director, and set up an appointment for an estimate. I was exceptionally pleased with the response time, questions asked, and thoroughness of the representatives. I had some follow-up questions and Alex was always quick to reply with an explanation and, at times, reassurance. Jen Contracting's quote was fair and reasonable. Juan Carlos performed the work for my bathroom remodel and was reliable, prompt and conscientious regarding clean-up. We typically reviewed what was to be done in the morning with any follow-up in the evening as I was not present during the daytime of the 2 week remodel. If he was going to be delayed, I always received a call or text from him. Juan Carlos made some great suggestions and thoughtfully showed me some of his prior work, which was helpful. Consistently, I was made to feel like my opinion mattered and that customer satisfaction was their goal. My former bathroom was early 1980's vintage and now it is a sleek and beautiful. I am so happy with the results, as well as with the process. I have recommended Jen Contracting to others and would not hesitate to use them for a future project.
