We are in the process of selling our house and needed our exterior trims repainted. We also wanted our basement repainted. We found Benitez Finest Painting LLC through one of the Facebook contractor pages and contacted him. Juan was professional and very responsive. He answered all of our questions and had really good communication throughout the process. We are happy and satisfied with his work and the price was very reasonable.

I now live in the home I was raised in. The house was built in 1955 and has been white all my life. I asked Juan for a quote because I was ready for a color change. Juan came to my house and listened to my concerns about painting an old house that didn’t have aluminum siding. It was a big decision to finally paint it after 65 years and needed to be done. Juan listened to my concerns, looked the house over thoroughly, and gave his professional opinion. He told me exactly what his company would be able to do to preserve my house and make it look so much better. He even sat with me while I went through some colors! This was above and beyond service for just a quote. He even power washed the house for free! We set a date for the first of October and he and his brother, Ulises, were here exactly on time for the day’s work. They both spent the first day prepping the house and painting the trim. I was out watching them working many times. They took the time to explain what they had done and what they were going to do next. They worked a full day prepping and painting the trim. They came back the next day to do the prep for the house color. They were so careful it took them four hours just to prep for the house paint. When I saw the colors along side the front brick and the roof, I admittedly teared up. The white was gone and the colors were warm and inviting. I did a few walks around the house and was in love with what I saw. Each day before Juan left he inspected what had been done for the day. He took extra time to do areas that were showing their age. Every night he and Ulises cleaned everything up, even though they were coming back the next day. I was simply overwhelmed by the work that Benitez Finest Painting had done. I would highly recommend this company for any of your internal and external needs. They do more than just paint! I am having them back to mud my stairwell and then paint it. After that, we’ll see what else I can hire them to do!
