On the initial call, a live person answered and scheduled a consultation within 24 hours, and on a Saturday. Michael was on time, professional, and took time to establish my priorities for the project. I have an office job with little flexibility, and Michael and his team were very accommodating. They kept me updated on the progress, even sending pictures throughout the day. Upon completion, Michael insisted I let him know if anything was not to my standard, which I appreciated as I am a bit of a perfectionist. While speed and quality were my main objectives, in comparing their pricing to others, I found them to be very competitive. I will absolutely use them again for my next painting project.
